    I have a bunch of MPEG-4 Videos (Anime) i want to convert to DVD. What I want to know is that the the highest quality method i can use to convert them? Is it with CCE? Thanks for any help.

    or Procoder. Quality is a subjective things. Some people like CCE's output, some prefer ProCoder. Some will compromise quality for speed and ease and recommend a simpler solution.

    For my money, either will do. I would use avisynth to resize with the Lanczos4 filter, perhaps use aSharp to add back some of the detail lost in the resize up (assuming you need to resize). Use a bitrate calculator to make sure you get the most value from your mpeg encoder, and don't be cheap with the discs. Don't try to squeeze 6 episodes to a disk. If you want to preserve quality, keep it to 90 minutes or less per disk.

    Hmmm... Didn't I saw a compairson either here or ExtremeTech that compared all the free and Pro Encoders to MPEG/MPEG2, and concluded that there is no practical difference among them except speed?

    Does any one know which comparison that I was talking about? Hmmm...
