Hi,
If I format DVD+R using Nero first, can I still use the DVD. Since It is not a rewritable I was wondering if the disc still be usable.

I'd imagine you could use it as data storage on your computer....but I'm pretty sure it's DVD Video days are over.

you don't format +/-R discs...just burn to them. You do have to format +/-RW discs (depending on their use)
