    Hi,

    I'm living in India and would like to get a new DVD player with Divx and Xvid capability for the New Year!
    Any suggetsions ??
    I'd like to play my burned DVDs / Divx without any sorta probems..
    and just in case you are thinking I'd like to opt for a recognised brand!
    I found out these DVD players but guess there could be a lot more..
    Philips DVP642
    Samsung DVD-P650K DVD Player Rs 4,790 (INR)
    Samsung DVD-P350H DVD Player Rs 3,990 (INR)
    ------
    and I heard there are problems with Philips DVD players playing burned DVDs. Any suggestions?
