Hi...I'm currently transferring videotapes to DVD via a Daewoo multiformat recorder which seems very well-spec'd.
My computer uses 'Power DVD' software to play the DVD's.
I've recorded two films per DVD. Both are thumbnailed and playback fine on the recorder.
However, though the thumbnails appear as normal on the computer/Power DVD software, when I want to play 'Film 2', highlighting it first as normal, the DVD starts playback from 'Film 1' (ie always goes back to the beginning of the DVD)
For some reason 'Film 2' will not run no matter what I do.
Again, both films can be accessed and play perfectly on the recorder.
I'm guessing it's something to do with standard menus, but there is a function on the Daewoo ('Make Compatible') which sets up any recording to be functional on any DVD player or computer...Supposedly!
Anyone any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or a way to get round this annoying glitch?
Regards
