    I made a vcd a while back and now im trying to convert the dat. file to an avi file is their any way to do this?

    Send a message via MSN to mats.hogberg
    Yes, extract to mpg with VCDGear (or IsoBuster).
    Encode to AVI with VirtualDub. Will it look good? No.

    You can download a conversion software such as winavi video converter to do this job.
