RealVideo format to Mpeg or AVI format

I encoded the real player format to AVI format but it didn't work and has no sound too when I clicked the play button on ffmpegx before encode it. I am a newbie in ffmpegx and I have Mac Powerbook G4 so I am using ffmpegx for mac version. What should I do to convert the real player file to AVI or Mpeg format?Can someone here please kindly help me?Thank you very much in advance.

Only mencoder engine supports Real, so use "DivX mencoder". Also make sure you installed the stable Real libraries as linked from http://homepage.mac.com/majo4/download.html

I already downloaded the stable Real libraries codec form the linked page. And I have already followed all the instructions there.
I also tried to use DIVX Mencoder this time, but still no avail.
What should I do?Sorry to bother you again but I really need your help, it's really meaningful to me. Thank you so much.

I don't see any errors in video, what did you obtain here? perhaps no audio? (it seems the audio track is not recognized). Also check whether pressing PLAY actually plays the Real file.
