What format are your episodes? What format do you wish them to be when you burn them to DVD? What sofware are you using?

What is the playing time of each episode? the source file size does not matter at all.

  5. If you have a divx player just burn as data,if not I would author @352x240/2mbps/AC3 or MP2.You could use a DL disc to get more episodes on.

Then accept Nero's default settings. Blanks are cheap these days. Or go into the 'More' tab change the default bitrate to something less than it's 5017, from the scoll bar or choose 'Custom' and enter a value, but you will lose quality.

Don't use nero, or you must accept it's limitations.

Try TMPGEnc encoder, use 1/2 DVD resolution and a bitrate of 3,000 and you can get 3 hours on a DVD in reasonable quality.
