    I would like to make an mp3 cd that displays custom picture in my TV, while played in my DVD player. Can it be done? Does a special software is needed to do this? Wich are my options? Thanks in advance.

    Only if your DVD player supports something special. I have not seen a DVD player that does this, and it certainly isn't part of the standard spec.

    Short of converting your audio to DVD complaint audio and putting a series of stills in a video along side it, I con't see a way to do what you want.

    you could do this with a regular dvd.

    it would basically be a picture slidshow w/ music.

    seeing as how the video bitrate would be very low, you should be able to fit a buttload of music.
