    I have already done the framerate conversion of audio and video from 23.976 to 25.000. I plan to author with DVDLab.
    How can I do this framerate conversion to subs?

    Not with DVDLab, at least. It expects preprepared sources. If your sub is any text based kind, try SubtitleStudio for "frame rate conversion" of the subs.
