Does it look like this:
That's called Interlace.
https://www.videohelp.com/glossary?I#Interlace
Basically, if your target is DVD, then leave it interlaced and use software that deinterlaces on the fly like PowerDVD, WinDVD etc etc if palying back on your computer. Your TV will display it properly when playing on a settop DVD player.
If it will only ever be played on a PC (converted to DivX / XviD or whatever) then you can deinterlace using any decent encoder.

yes, it looks something like that. thank you very much... i'll see if im smart enough to figure this out... but if i can't, i'll prolly ask for more help from you guys...
anyways, thanks a bunch. and i'm making both. for DVD for my own personal use and for my site so people can download them in high qaulity. -
I think its call "combing" I get it when I use TMPGEnc DVD author sometimes, but it has never effected the finished DVD so never botherd to find out what causes it.

PsiFiIE - please try to choose a subject title that describes your problem. This benefits you because others are always more willing to click through on those questions as opposed to those reading "help" and so on. It also benefits those searching the site for the same issue, as they can then view your thread too.
Thanks very much,
Cobra
