  1. I have demuxed 2 DVDs to my hard drive by using DVD decrypter for the purpose of using the streams in Sony DVDA. I used IFO mode and set "demux". The first one gave me an mpeg2 file and an ac3 file. Great, but the second DVD output a mpeg2 file and a VOB for the sound. I did not change any of the settings and the DVDs were created exaclty the same. Anyone know why this would change. I can't figure out how to get it to extract just the ac3 file like the first disc. It's not a huge deal because I just use Clier's Ac3 tool to extract AC3 from the VOB but it would save a step if I could repeat the process from my first DVD

    Thanks for your help.

it may depend on which stream the audio actually is. not all disks have the audio laid out the same.

You must click on "Demux" for each stream individually, otherwise it defaults to leaving it in a VOB.
    If in doubt, Google it.
