  2. I don't know if it is the "best" but I get very good results with G&G cartridges in my Epson R200.

I get mine from Meritline, but I wait until they have a coupon sale.

  4. Speaking of coupons, today I got the coupon code for $14.00 off the R300/R200 G&G cartridge pack:

    Coupon Code: INK14OFF0725

Same URL as above, only the $14 coupon will appear "for a limited time". While they don't spell it out, you can only use one coupon per order.

I used G&G for a year before I got myself the CIS. G&G printouts looked good....

  6. I've been getting my R200 ink from Rima and have been very happy with it, the meritline coupon price is better though.

    Jikchung,
Do you have to waste about 1/4 of the ink in cleaning cycles before you get a good printer test using Epsons printer test? I know for other models of Epson printers when using generic ink I had to run many cleaning cycles before the generic ink would work properly after loading a new cartridge. I've tried more than a few different brands of ink. I never had any problems with Generic Canon ink cartridges though. The reason I'm asking is that I was thinking of trying the Rima R200/R330 cartridges for my printer.

  8. I have had no more trouble with the generics from Rima than with genuine Epson cartridges. There are times that this printer SEEMS to require more cleanings (regardles of ink source) but I'm finding out that sometimes you may have "overworked" it and need to let it sit. I don't know if it's air bubbles or something else, but if I let it sit overnight it's usually good to go the next day.
I thought about a CIS, but even though I print more than average, I don't print enought to keep one going. The Rima inks are a good compromise for me and I haven't been able to note a color difference which was an important thing for me.

Thanks for the quick response! I think I will try a set of these ink cartridges on my next Rima order.
