    hi folks,
i bought an (original) korean rc3-dvd which got english subs. i extracted these subs, and translated them to german. now i got the VOB-files an an srt (ssa) file on my harddisk and i wanna create an SVCD with the movie containing my german subs. i know how i can add subs to an avi file using virtualdub as frameserver to tmpgenc. but now i got demuxed VOB files and the sub-file, which i wanna put together to a SVCD with tmpgenc. how can i do this?

    thx, monty

i found "vfapi reader 1.05" solving my problem. with this tool you can create a fake avi-file from the d2v-file coming from dvd2avi. load fake-avi with vdub, add subtitle-filter, frameserve it to tmpg...done!
    thx anyway!
