  1. hi i am trying to capture video from my vcr but it appears that i am getting a heap of background sound i think it is like a hashy sort of sound any suggestions on how to get rid of this at all let me know please do i need a filter of some sort or something let me know ok the video is very new about 2 weeks old ok

  3. hi well the way i connect the video up is to my tv tuner card by connecting the antenna to the video and a cable from the tv card to the video connections on the back of the video then i startup my tv software which is pinnacle software then i hit play on the video and hit record on the tv software it does have sound on it the footage but if it does not have any sound that is ok is their any way to disable sound all together or remove it at all let me know ok

    Doesn't your capture card have some SVHS connector? It will sure give you a better a/v than using RF

  6. YO! Is your cable also plugged into the VCR? Because I have the same sorta setup and I have a low hum in my captures. But if I disconnect my cable from the VCR, then the low hum kinda goes away. Dunno if this helps, but it works for me.
