Does anyone know of an "offline" hardware encoder that you can buy? if so, how much (is $200 resonable for such a thing)? I'm looking to encode some DV Avi files to SVCD and right now using Tmpgenc is taking way too long to endcode the files. i'm looking for a way to speed this up without going out and spending 1000's of dollars for a new dual processor machine.
