Hi
I have a WinTV PVR PCI capture card installed on a 1.5ghz P4 Compaq desktop running Win2k sp2. I have updated the intel chipset support (845), video drivers, audio drivers and all the relevant hauppauge drivers/utilities. My problem is that my captures from PAL video or antenna tv (MPEG 1 VCD format) playback too fast. It appears to capture at the correct frame rate for pal (no jumps or lipsynch probs) but when i play it back in media player and look at the stats its playing back at 29-30 fps. Also tried the obvious phone support with Hauppauge but suprise suprise no joy. Any ideas.....its driving me mad.
Thanks for listening
