    I am doing a Netflix type mailing of my dvd. They just dump their discs into a cardboard mailer and send them and they seem to arrive undamaged to customers. However, they have a nice printed stiff cd envelope that they use.

    Is it possible to make these at home? Do you need printable envelopes and where would I find these.

    NetFlix mailers are paper, not cardboard. The CD envelope isn't exactly stiff, but it is made of Tyvek. Tyvek is extremely durable but is difficult to print on.
