  1. I tried doing a search on this board and came up empty

I have just purchased seasons 1-4 of the simpsons however I want to back them up and I have limited Diskspace so I want to grab each episode - about 4-5 per dvd.... I know how to do it with DVDDecryptor & Dr.DivX, which is nice but it takes a while to do... I was wondering if (ron pepeele) I could set it and forget it, rip each episode off the dvd and flip them to a divx or an xvid in one shot. Thanks

  2. Why not back them up to DVD-R. Converting them to Divx or XviD is a hassle for backups. Also burners are very cheap nowadays and wont sacrifice diskspace.

  8. Decrypt main movie files, encode to .avi, use Virtualdub to seperate episodes in direct stream copy mode. It only takes minutes to cut into individual eps.
