*.wmv + subtitles to VCD ?

i have file *.wmv and file subtitles is *.smi, i want burn file *.wmv with subtitles to vcd, what do i do ?

You will need to convert the file to mpeg.

Take a look in the "How To" section under converters. After it is converted, take a look in the "Author" section on how to burn as VCD.
