  1. Lawyers!

As a profession, they have been the only ones to benefit from this case.

Well, not exactly (grin). The news media has never had such a feeding frenzy since the OJ case. If they run into a slow news day, they can always toss in a Schiavo comment for "filler" without it seeming like "filler." As Deborah Norville once said, "If it bleeds, it leads."

hmm... there have been some extremely well paid doctors too, and plenty of other "professions" to whom the case has provided, shall we say, "numismatical enhancement" :/

  7. True, but do lawers carry malpractice insurance????
    Yep they do.

It's part of their Association fees. This goes for
Australia and the U.K. but I'm not certain about
    the U.S..

I have heard that if you want the best bottom feeding lawyer, you need to find one that will sue another for malpractice.

I have also heard that the best doctors don't beleive in any god...Well other than themselves
IS IT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE LIKE THAT?

  9. Not in Australia though...

Lawyers are protected against negligence suits for any work related to a trial:

I suggest that you re-evaluate your life because there is a 100% chance that that will be your "fate" eventually as well.

In all serious though he, was many years ago, pronounced dead after a robbery - attendant worked on him after she heard a gasp in the ambulance and he survived.

Not according to some of the guests Art Bell has on his radio show. 8) But, I hope that's not true. There's no proof of it, of course, but I'd kinda like to believe in reincarnation. I'd like to believe in ghosts, too. My stepdad was a 1st generation American, his parents both from Scotland. And he always played his bagpipes around the house ... usually when I was trying to watch something on TV. It got to the point where I couldn't stand bagpipes. And, I've told friends that if someone hires a piper to play at my funeral, I'll find some way to reach out from the grave and haunt that person.
