  1. Hey everyone,
I have got some episodes of a Anime (cartoon) series and whenever I convert the AVI Files to DVD something happens to the audio,
I did use Ulead Movie Factory v2, and it would convert and be great, until I get about have way into the episode or movie, the video would be fine and half way into the ep, but the audio would jump back about 15 minutes.

Next I tried to use Main Concept and TMPGEncDVDAuthor16
And another converter called WinAVI, when I used these the audio became non existent after conversion.

I don't know what to do or what to use, but if anyone can give me some sort of information or maybe a piece of software that can help then I’d be very VERY grateful.

Thank you very much anyone who can help!

Well, you could always load up the AVI into VirtualDub, choose "save WAV" from the file commands, then use ffmpegGUI to convert it to a DVD compatible AC3 file (or MP2 if you prefer). Then, check to make sure the audio file and AVI are the same length. If they are, then use your TMPGencDVDauthor16 software, import the AVI into video source and the AC3 or MP2 into audio source. Assuming the root audio file isn't corrupted in some way, that should do the trick.
