Are DVDSanta and Winavi the only programs that will convert .avi files to DVD format? They are the only ones I can find. The quality is ok but not the best. I was wondering if there was anything better out there.

I dont need an all in one program. I have Nero for burning. I just need something that will take the .avi files that I have on my computer and convert them into something like .vob files so that I can burn them with nero. I also have DVD Decryptor which I think burns. Prefferably it would only convert the avi's to DVD format, just because when programs focus on only one thing it tends to create better quality, unless its an exception where the allinone makes the better quality instead.
Basically, it doesnt matter to me if its all in one or if converting is the programs only purpose. As long as it works good. I was just wondering what else is available besides DVDSanta and Winavi so that I can compare the quality of them. -
Try VSO DivXToDVD - it gives pretty good results, and it's free.
You can also give DIKO a shot.You can't fool me, I'm a moron! -
When using the VSO DvixtoDVD, if the movie is broken up into two or three avi files (about 700 MB a piece), do I have to do anything different in order to fit it on a one layer DVD?
