    i burnt svcd on cd-r, but it want to burn them on a dvd. will i need to converted them? the files are in bin/cue format.

    You must convert if you want a compliant dvd. You can though make a "dvd-svcd" using for example svcd2dvd or dvd-lab, https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=727&howtoselect=3;29#727 , no video converting but the dvd may not work on all dvd players.
