    Vietnam does have alot of piracy but I don't really see what that has to do with the placement of Ritek's manufacturing plants. They want the most economical location and apparantly Vietnam is a good choice for them.

    Like the article says, there is a polycarbonate plant nearby which will suppy their basic needs. I imagine Vietnam also has pretty cheap labor.

    could be true. but like smurf boy says their are alot better cd-r's out there. i might be concerned if the story was about fuji japan cd-r's
