dvd xcopy

I am trying to backup Niptuck using dvdxcopy. It rips the disk fine, but when I put in the dvd-r it seems like it tries to write, but it spits the disk out and says "dvd write error check log for info". So, I tried it with dvd shrink and Nero and it worked fine. Anybody have this problem before, or know what it might be?

Get rid of dvdxcopy.

It is junk.

Dvd shrink and dvddecrypter are all you need.

I already did.

Dvdxcopy is junk software. It was made from freeware tools that had a delphi front-end to call home. The company that sold it went out of business. The software is no longer updated, and if you have a computer failure, you will not be able to reactivate it.

Most of the users here do not use it. Dump dvdxcopy.

You just answered your own question. If you know it is crap, then why use it, when there is better software that does a better job and it is free?
