DIVX to DVD pal with SUBTITLES??????????

Hi there,

I whant to convert a divx movie to a full compliant dvd with subtitles.
is this possible, i mean the subtitles of course.
How do i get them in the vob-file and what format shut it be(like srt or so)

Yep it is possible but you need an authoring tool that support subtitles like dvdmaestro($75000 or something )...then you can convert the srt to stl(dvdmaestro subtitle standard) and import the subtitles in dvdmaestro and you have real selectabable subtitles.

You could also of course have permanent subtitles that you encode in the picture http://www.vcdhelp.com/srtsubsvirtual.htm

But easiest would be to buy the DVD...
