How do you stretch a audio file in cooledit 2000 to 2:17:17? I have no clue how can someone post a short how to on it in this post? thanks. How do you tell how much to strech becuase it is in 1000s???

I can do it will Cooledit Pro 1.2 by going to the menu
Transform-->Time/Pitch-->Stretch
Then input the time.
However, after I stretch a wav file to the precise audio length/frames and then close it and reopen the stretched wav file, it becomes overstretched by 1-2 seconds. I think CoolEdit is not that accurate so I suggest you try your luck with GoldWave or some other sound app if you experience this stretching inaccuracy.
