Okay, I have a dvd Divx, I have made several VCDs before. I take the sound from the movie with virtual dub at 44100hz and save the wav.

I open Tmpeg and then load the vcd NTSC template and then up the bitrate to 1450. Highest Quality. Then i convert it.

Then i open Nero and Select VCD NTSC and then Burn the files. I try to play it in my Aiwa DV-370 and the sound is very choppy but the video is ok. Why is ths happening?
