  1. Anyone ever used these Dupsonic DVD-R discs they've got for 23 cents when buying 500 at All Media Outlet. I'm leary of any brands I haven't tried, especially when they're that cheap.

    i am pretty sure they are junk
    something like cmc magnetics dye....
    you better buy some TY for 0.23 cents.....if you can find...of course

  7. It's hard to imagine they're too bad considering they are offering a 90 day money back guarantee. You'd have to be a complete idiot to sell garbage and then offer a 90 day guarantee. I could be wrong. Anyone get these yet?

    As stated in other posts, you can get 100 TYs for $20, that comes out to $0.20/disc. Use Circuit City B1G1 coupon at Best Buy on their Fuji 50-pack spindles (buy the Made In Japan ones)

  9. I've now burned 20 of the 8x colored DVD's from allmediaoutlet.com - they seem to be okay - NO burn errors and they all passed the verify written data test in Nero. They have also copied just fine either via nero image or DVDdecrypter.

    they also had this ID tag

    Media code/Manufacturer ID: TYG02

    They are NOT made by Taiyo Yuden but they seem good to me :P

    u can buy 50 packs or this crappy media for 15.99 at pcclub.com

    the -R's might be fine, but i know the +r's dont work, and i have 3 differnt burnes, one burnt but wont play, and other 2 couldnt even read the crap media

    dont waste ur money on these
