Can anyone tell me the best formating sofware for DVD-Ram discs so that they can be use for backing up hard disc folders using drag and drop.? I have just installed a DVD burner which is capable of burning these discs and I used INCD on a trial disc, but the copying of the folders seemed very slow.
RAM is slow, it's not formatting. RAM records then checks for errors, this makes it considerably slower than DVD-R, it also makes it more reliable.
