  1. Like a dummy I didnt save any of my work when I created a slideshow on a DVD for a wedding reception, now they want me to add the wedding pictures to the dvd, so what would be the easiest way to get the dvd converted back to AVI (hopefully with little quality loss)?

    Hello,

    Rip the vobs with dvddecrypter and put them in virtualdubmod.

    Or dvdx

    And you don't need dvd decrypter since I read you made the dvd. Simply do a normal copy to the harddrive. Though some apps like dvdx will copy and encode to avi at the same time.
