Can you adjust bitrates in the VCD template of TMPG???

Can you increase the video and audio bitrate in the VCD template of TMPG? From what I can see, all the VCD settings are fixed and cannot be changed.

Are there any other freeware encoders on the net that allow you to increase VCD audio/video bitrates?

After you have loaded the setting, then click the "Load"
button again, change into the "Extra" folder and load
the unlock template. This will unlock all settings so you
can change them to your liking :wink:

The reason the default VCD template has the bitrate locked is because VCDs only support one video bitrate, and that is 1150 kbit/s CBR.

If you change it, you will be making an XVCD and your disc will not be compliant (despite what you can do with Nero).
