Fuji 100 pack 48x cdr BESTBUY rebate question

Anyone here buy a Fuji 100 pack 48x cdr from Bestbuy in the past week to take advantage of the 22 dollar rebate? My purchase came with 2 rebate forms with 2 different addresses: one for 6 dollars, and one for 16 dollars. On the 16 dollar rebate form, it says to include the original UPC bar code. Ok..I know where that is....it is on the shrink wrap. But on the other rebate form, the 6 dollar one, which has a different address, , it says to include a COPY of the UPC code. My question is, am I supposed to photocopy the UPC bar code and include that in the 6 dollar rebate form? THere was only one UPC code on the shrinkwrap, so I assume that is what I am supposed to do. To whomever bought this, what are you doing?

Any time I buy stuff at Best Buy with one of their two-rebates deals it's one big manufacturer rebate ($10-$20) plus a second small rebate ($4-$6) that comes directly from Best Buy. I've always sent a photocopy of the barcode with the small Best Buy rebate and so far I've always gotten the rebate. Actually they tend to come before the manufacturer rebate does, some of those (especially Fuji) take FOREVER.
