Burning Problem

I've looked through the previous topics and haven't found an answer to my problem - if it has already been answered please accept my apologies.

I have been backing up DVDs succesfully for a couple of months. However recently I have found that many of the copies I make freeze right at the end of the film and either jumps to an earlier point in the film or stops completely.

I have tried using different media ie RW with the same result. I have even tried burngin several copies but the disc always stops in the same place.

If anyone has encountered a similar problem or knows of a solution I would be very grateful.
