Recordnow Max Problem

Until now I have never had any problems with regarding my Drives being detected , that was until I installed Recordnow Max it does'nt detect any drives. No problems with DVD Movie Factory or Nero. Anyone experianced any problems like this regarding Recordnow Max version 5.

try looking on the veritas web site, believe there is a download to solve this, if your drive is a pioneer, not sure though i think i read it in a forum, maybe chinese whispers

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Sheppy 124 . I have now sorted out the problem the actual update is now on the sonic website who took over parts of veritas. Thanks again.

sheppy124 is correct I was having that same problem until I downloaded the proper update. Problem solved.

Thanks, the reason I wanted the link is because I was just about to install this new NEC 4x DVD+R burner but I got it installed and it works fine in RecordNow Max. A nice burner for $163 BTW.
