Hi I hope someone can help me.
I have a pinnacle pctv capture card and the program. I have a video going back to 1979 that I want to get still images from. It pctv vision program that came with the capture card isnt giving me very good images to save.
Does anyone know a program where you can capture a video and look at the frame by frame saving them as images.
I have windows 98SE installed and I have my vhs recorder attached to my computer.
Thanks
Wendy
