Hello,
GSpot shows me under "All Codes and Filters" a lot offilters which seems to be registered in the system but the file is missing (a programm which I deinstalled leave the filter back registered). How could these filters be removed from the system?

I assume you meant "All codecs and Filters"? Try a program such as codec sniper, there are a few others in the Tools Section.
