I have a gforce 4 128mb card with dual outputs for monitors and a s-video out and a port that says it's a a/v but it's yellow what i think is only video so if i where to hook it up to my tv it would only show the video not the audio correct?

Is it possible to hook up my sound card to my tv also?

Yes using the line out, but you will likely need an adapter to turn it into a RCA jack. Your local radio shack should be able to fix you up.
