  1. i have encountered a 'bad or corrupt data' in an mpeg file, which tool do you recommend is best to fix the file, thanx.

    You can try demuxing (and remuxing) it with TMPGEnc, or try MPEG Corrector (see tools) but in the end, the tool will most likely be the "bit bucket". (Trash can)

  3. The only way I have found to get around this is to re-rip the file or redownload it

  4. yes i tried that mpeg corrector but to no avail, i got a 'cant find the correct filters to render the stream' message.
