Hello--

I have previously been linking my dvd portable player (Asian import/Panasonic LV-50) to my tv using to provided connections-- It's just that I need to change the player's setting from NTSC and PAL 60 and vice versa so that the screen isn't black and white in order to play dvd's...

But this past week, I tried doing this with VCD's but regardless of changing the player's setting between NTSC and PAL, the TV screen is still black and white.
