    I've just bought it. When I go to burn some files to my DVD I open the wizard but the DVD option is greyed out. I have an NEC ND1000A dvd+rw drive. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

    Send a message via AIM to Faustus
    Click on the pull down menu (forget which one) and check to make sure your DVD burner is selected properly. If that doesn't work, then update to the latest. If you have an official version the update should be free.

    If I remember correctly, I think you have to buy the DVD plugin for Nero at their website in order to make it burn DVD's.

    Nero updates are free. Go to their site and download the update. The update should include DVD stuff.
