After reading many Many threads about Xvid conversion, is it true to say that converting such video is NOT an exact science???
It would seem that many people have many different ways of doing things and STILL dont get the 'in sync - perfect picture' they are after in the first place!!!!
What is so complicated about this encoding that makes it difficult/impossible to encode to vcd? if its encoded perfectly to Xvid, then why isnt it that easy to convert to vcd?!!!
i just dont get it!!!!
