  1. After reading many Many threads about Xvid conversion, is it true to say that converting such video is NOT an exact science???

    It would seem that many people have many different ways of doing things and STILL dont get the 'in sync - perfect picture' they are after in the first place!!!!

    What is so complicated about this encoding that makes it difficult/impossible to encode to vcd? if its encoded perfectly to Xvid, then why isnt it that easy to convert to vcd?!!!

    i just dont get it!!!!

    it converts easy for me.

  3. Encoding is a NIGHTMARE! I don't think I ever encoded a movie perfectly on the first try. :'-(

  4. Conquest10.... please enlighten us with the failsafe way to doit then, as i am loosing hope in any chance of a successfull encoding!!!

    I have tried MANY guides, and have followed many tips, but still i get the improper vbr movies that refuse to encode in sync!!!!
