Hauppauge WinTV card, better quality than the AIW128 16MB ??

Hey does the Hauppauge WinTV card, have better capture quality than the AIW 128 16mb? My only problem with my AIW is that the colors of the captured video is never the same as the source.

another thing. I read that the Hauppauge card requires a graphics card. Will my current AIW card fulfill this requirement?
