  1. My friend gave me a vcd that he created using TMPG. But he didn't click keep aspect ratio 1. Consequently the vcd is stretched now. Is there any way to change the mpg back to the correct aspect ratio so it doesn't appear stretched?

    you can reencode and fix the aspect ratio.

  3. sorry about the 3 posts... how would i go about encoding it? I take it i should rip the vcd first. But then what? Should I use tmpg and if so which aspect ratio should i use? thanks

    all you got to do is change the size in tmpgenc. is the movie 16:9?

    where it says source aspect ratio, make sure its at 16:9.

  7. so that will "unstretch it"? Will it "squeeze" it back to normal size? the movie is the ring and it is not as wide as 16:9. It is more letterbox if you know what i mean.

    you can probably set it to center (custom) in the video arrange method. 352 x 137 if the resolution is 352x240.
