I have two questions. First, I need to combine two avi files, but thay have different frame rates (they are very close, but not exactly the same). I try to use VirtualDub, but it wont let me append the new file becuase the frame rates are different. Are the any applications that will allow me to do this? I know I can change the frame rate in VirtualDub, but that will put the sound out of sync.
Next question...
I then converted both files to MPEG1 (Video CD NTSC) with TMPEng and used TMPEng to join the MPEG files. Well, TMPEng put a little "beep" in the sound of the combined file at the original endpoints of each individual files. This was not present in the original files.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Brad
