Pioneer A05-help.Prassi Primo DVD doesnt work

I installed prassi primo dvd 829 and PX engine 358, Pioneer is recognized as a burner but the dvd starter doesnt select the dvd tools, only shows the cd copy tools and all stuff is about cdr disc but not dvd tools are present. What are doing wrong. One point, my dvdr device is a slave on primary port, is important this? have to change it to a master? plz give me a help, thanxs in advance.

Hah!

Just gave some advice to people in another forum.....

Try a 40 line IDE cable. Don't add a slave in the first place only when this trick works. Set drive as master. Go into Windows /System and re-scan the DVD/CD section to update your devices.

I also have the A05 and found Prassi Primo to be error-prone. Record Now is much better (and made by same company).
