2 DVD's to 1 DVDR

Hi could n e 1 please explain how i would get 2 dvd's - Hunchback of Notre Damme 1 + 2, to 1 dvdr, have a 4 year old daughter who likes to put the dvd's into the player herself, but i would like to put away my originals and let her have the back-ups, so if i put 2 to 1 dvdr it would also save me a good few dvdr's cos she has loads of disney films, i would just like to know which way i would rip them, compress them and add menus to let you choose which 1 to watch, if n e 1 could help me i would b very grateful, or if n e 1 could point me towards a guide that's already been set out somewhere.
