Can you add chapters to an XVCD?

I've been making regular vcds with chapters using VCDEasy but now I'm making XVCDs with higher bitrates and can't create chapters anymore. When I run the mpeg through VCDEasy, it tells me it only has one entry point and won't allow me to create the ususal chapters at 5 minute intervals that I was using before. Anyone know why or how this is happening? Thanks.

What type of encoder are you using to make your mpg file?

I've made dozens of XVCD's with Tmpgenc and VCDEasy and added chapters without any problems, however, it never seemed to like mpeg files encoded with another program (forget which one) and it gave results like you mentioned.
