The SVCD won't play synched in my Sony Stand-Alone DVD player. It plays great on my computer when using PowerDVD.

What can I do so it will play properly in my Stand-Alone Sony DVP-NC615 DVD Player?

    Thanks,
    Nickers

in tmpgenc what is your buffer size? my dvd player can only play a mpeg2 with the header trick if the buffer is 40 kb. probably the same thing with you.

  3. Hi all,

In TMPGEnc, the standard VBV Buffer size for SVCD is 112 and for VCD is 40 Kb.

I use TMPGEnc V 2.59 and it work fine, then I upgrade to V 2.510 and I start to have the same problem as you. I unistall V 2.510 and re-install V 2.59 and it work.

    check the version......
